I'm the Senior Software Architect at Mimeo. I basically design and implement software. Basically a big fuckin' geek. I'm such a geek in fact that I'm very easy to find on google (http://google.com/search?q=Drew+Marsh). :geek:
I never went to school beyond high school, which I actually failed Junior and Senior years of and had to make up in summer school. I was a bad kid in HS and didn't do anything I didn't feel like doing. Luckily I grew out of that... somewhat.
I started working in the city straight out of High School at a company that built web sites for Fortune 500 companies during the .com days. Incidentally that was with the same guys that I work with now and they are some of my best friends. We've survived the .com fallout and expect to be profitable this year. Soon after profitability comes IPO and then my R7.

Just so long as none of you guys ask me about rashes in your privates I will keep my job. I do get a lot of PM's here and on other boards about medical stuff. I do enjoy discussing this sort of stuff and many people have helped me out with other stuff so I just return the favor.

My background is Logistics. I work as a consultant doing project control. Depending on the industry and project determines what I do. Program control, cost control, data control, schedule control, contract control, document control, reports, analysis, etc...
Currently working with Dupont in Deleware for a global SAP implementation. My role is data control/data analyst for Materials and MFG.
My last project was with PANYNJ for the Airtrain project. My role was cost control/financial analyst.
I mostly do capital projects. I don't do projects that are shorter than one year. I prefer the civil engineering industry over most others.
we're in the last phase, preparing to rolloff this project after the last go-live in August... Anyone know of any NJ/NYC projects with good contacts can drop me a line... gotta' start networking for the next contract!
Oh yea, I'm a fulltime dad and husband. Two kids (dau 11, son 13) and my dog.

We do designs, studies, inspection, cost estimates… everything short of a construction crew capacity… i.e. typical consulting. Our background is into Transportation, Environmental, Civil Site Planning, Structural, Geotechnical, Survey, Arial Photography, and Landscape Architecture. And we are always hiring…… so, if anyone out there is looking just PM me…
