Ok guys here's my dilemma. A buddy of mine has been begging me to take off work and go hang with him. He's all about partying and meeting girls but his ego and attitude with women is just not my style. He wants to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans or spring break in South Padre Island, Texas. I'm so over the college scene and I just don't feel like being his "wingman" to pick up chicks. Anyone else have a hard time telling friends, "sorry but I'm saving my money and vacation for track days." :(

I don't want to party with my friend, because if there are hot chicks around, I'll have to follow his lead; and

Thanks to everyone for all your insights. I think I will pass on the vacation, I honestly think I'll have a better time on the track lol. I can spend less money in NYC or Philly too meet chicks and I'm sure he would make that trip instead. I have money to go but I'd rather spend it on a sure thing I know I will like, that was my point Darryl. He def has the bank roll to buy me a ticket but I wouldn't allow him to do it.
