PALM BAY, Fla. -- A Central Florida man is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of several young girls while riding his motorcycle on a busy road.

Police in Palm Bay said a homeowner noticed Ronald Truex, 39, riding his motorcycle on Nolan Street near his 7-year-old daughter and another 9-year-old girl.

The father said after Truex exposed him and masturbated on his motorcycle, he wrote down the vehicle's tag number and then followed it to 460 Plant Avenue -- Truex's home.

The father waited at the home until police arrived and identified Truex as the man who allegedly exposed himself in public, police said.

After an investigation, officers arrested Truex on a charge of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 16 years old.

Truex was transported to the Brevard County Detention Center.

How slow was this guy riding where he gets followed back to his house by some guy in a car? The one handed masturbation is also interesting given the fact he was riding. Why didn't he just pull the tag up b4 doing it, if it really took place? The media already listed him as guilty,good luck with a fair trial.
