that looks pretty gay for a roller coaster. im not impressed. so its the tallest and fastest, but where are the loops and twisties? thats the fun of a rollercoaster.

the scream machine was great, why not build a bigger and better version of that?

Family Sues Six Flags For Son’s Death on Roller Coaster
AGAWAM, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) - Lawyers for the family of Stanley Mordarsky have filed a lawsuit against Six Flags New England. A Connecticut man was killed May 1st when he was flung from the Superman ride. Stanley Mordarsky's mother and brother say the amusement park backed out of a settlement, but Six Flags denies the claim. The Mordarsky family is seeking $1.5 million but Daniel Mordarsky says this is not about money. Park officials modified the restraint system on the ride after the accident because a state review found the original restraints weren't good enough to keep the 230-pound Mordarsky in his seat. The review also blames a ride operator for not checking the restraints, but faulted Mordarsky for not telling them he had cerebral palsy. Attorney Joseph Farrell says a settlement was on the table but Six Flags backed out of it. Park officials would not speak with 22News on camera but denied the claim in a statement: “Six Flags has not reneged on this proposed settlement and in fact, in response to additional demands by the attorneys for the Mordarsky family, substantially increased the offer.” The Mordarsky family says Six Flags didn't even come close and wants the park to take into account Stanley's violent death, and the suffering of his mother who relied on care from her son. If no settlement is reached, lawyers say it will still be 2 to 3 years before a court date.

I mean in the sense that we wait on long lines to go on things that go fast when we can just hop on our bikes. Although I'd like to experience 120 mph in 3 seconds.

Not to mention waiting in line for 5 hours just to go on a 15 second ride.

Yeah...waiting in line for over 2 hours for Superman was definitely NOT worth it.

The best part of the Superman ride was looking at the posterboards with the Superman comic character details on them.

looks like they are using the "shattering records" thing to gain publicity and get free advertising....the ride looks too simple to be worth the wait in lines....i say we all meet up there with trisate shirts on- saying "128 mph isnt fast enough" "tri state sport bikes"

I remember when lightning loops opened up. 2hour line for a 30 second ride. go forward one loop, stop, go back, get the F out and climb back down the 3 story stair case.

WTF  Bolt that ride onto the Scream Machine, connect it to Lightning Loops and tack on the Superman ride. Give me a 5 min. ride that covers half the park and will ensure you will crap yourself. Otherwise stop wasting our time. :fu:
