I have a friend with a few bikes he'd like to sell. Specialized (Stumpjumper I think) front shock. Cannondale 300? rigid. Klein Mantra (full sus) I think somewhere in the $100-$600 range in that order of the bikes.
200 bucks?? dude, you wont find a decent bike for that. Not even a Huffy. I used to have a Cannondale and that thing was expensive. I've seen GT come out with a couple nice models, Schwinn too, other than that I'd stick with Cannondale or Trek.

Specialized Rockhopper hardtail
hydrolic disc brakes
thompson neck
MRP kit +1 in the front (36 tooth I think) great for cross country as well as downhill
Shorty derailer in the rear
Clipless pedals
Kevlar tires
Some bumps and scratches and the brakes need to be bleeded
Shoot me a PM if you're interested
